Edit: Install is finished. I'll upload the static pictures later but I made a video of the install as well as before and afters in both photo and video format.

Got mine shipping out today, I went with the Midnight Black version here 14-20 4Runner NOVA-Series LED Projector Headlights Mid-Night Black

I'm aiming to install these next week and planning to do extensive before and afters. Will probably film the process as well if anyone is interested. Can't wait!

Any chance you currently are running HID bulbs in the stock projectors? Would be great to get quality comparison shots of output.

I'm not unfortunately. I ran an HID retro on my 3rd gen and as soon as I realized how bad the 5th gen lights were I decided to do a full retrofit..that was until these popped up on my radar.

Look forward to the report/pics. I've got install (and wallet) fatigue so will live through the mods of others for now.

The last photo in their install guide is pretty weird though ... covering up the newly installed lights w/ that :tape:
Installation Guide for 14-20 Toyota 4Runner Headlights | AlphaRex

Almost as hideous as the side steps on that truck. Yikes

Looking forward to this as well, OP. I was very close to ordering a set in the pre-sale, but wanted to wait and see how the reviews looked.

I get that these may look cool to some but how come nobody wants to post any pictures of the beam pattern or performance including the guy selling them?

I'll try to get some pics of beam pattern tomorrow. I live in the city so I'll find some country roads for pictures. I'm VERY satisfied in the beam pattern.

Please do. City works too. Just want to get an idea of what it looks like and city pictures might be more useful for some.

Looks so cool and unique. Hm man I just got the morimoto ones. I wonder these might be brighter because the low beam has three projectors.

These are definitely brighter than the morimoto xb's. Their cheaper option "pros" even have better output than the xb's.

Better is subjective. From what others have posted of the pros, the dark spots at the corners are worse than the XBs. With three protectors on the Nova, I want to see pictures to see if that is addressed.

Those look great! By far my favorite aftermarket design thus far..mine get in today and I'll install later today or Friday.

Headlights came in today and installing Friday afternoon. Will be taking some before pics tonight of the pattern, cutoff, and side light for accurate comparisons.

One big question mark I had was whether or not I could get the headlights out with the CBI bumper hoops sitting so close to the body. Thankfully, YES you can. The grill won't come all the way out but you can move it around to access the hidden bolts, and after that just some delicate rotating to get it out. I scratched the stock headlight a little bit during the test removal so I'll covering all lights in painters tape during the install.

Okay here are some cellphone output pics. It's been raining all day so the pavement was soaked and appears darker than it was in the left lane. Definitely not a cone shape like the Pros.

I got a pic of the cutoff, going through a neighborhood, and then going through the city as someone asked for.

Here's the road picture. Three lane road that's already darker due to being soaked from rain. As you can see it still lit up two lanes super bright and in person I could see the far left lane clear as day.
