Is there a clean way to install this? AFAIK, there's no Double DIN aftermarket kit.

Wow, I'm pretty impressed. I was going to wait for the new Pioneer AVIC-Z1, but this thing is due this month, and is less than 1/2 the price (albeit no NAV).

What do you guys think Bluetooth Ready means? Hopefully it will work with a phone right out of the box.

Looks great...but

I have always loved Alpine decks...had a double din in my '97 T4R but I don't see that this one has Nav?...or did I miss something in the write up? Maybe they will have another more expensive version with Nav?

Personally I live in a small town and would rarely use a Nav system but if I'm spending over $1100 on a deck I think Nav should be on it. I do love that it turns the face for added security.

Yah no built in Nav, since Alpine isn't very fond of integrating the nav... they love to pull a tad more money from you by buying their separate remote mount nav.
I'm quite sure that head unit would work with their current nav unit which is the NVE-N872A...

I am pretty sure there is......but I think it is for a Scion which works fine in the yota.

Thanks for the tip, T4RMatt. According to a thread over at the Scion forums, the Alpine unit will be compatible with a new portable Nav unit.
