Alternatives to ArcLight LED panels for dome/map/hatch?

I got really excited that CarTrimHome offered all 3 locations for under $80.... but learned they're discontinued? $350 for the Icarus/ArcLight is just too much when they're both Chinese parts at the end of the day.

Are there any alternatives for the map light especially? I screwed mine up a little when I was putting in a LED bulb so looking to replace but really can't stomach $140 for one interior light.

Thanks for the link! Too bad everything is mostly out of stock. Love the black door handle covers and puddle lights too.

Huh..... Didn't know Meso offered lights. Doesn't look like they offer trunk/tailgate replacements but it's a start.

Give them a shout on instagram or something and tell them there is a whole forum of 4Runner owners ready to go.

Their stuff is more plug + play than Arclight and the dome light button doesn't stick down, so he'd sell a ton if he made them available.

Just did. I also asked them to look into the trunk lights. They had the map lights in stock so I ordered them.

yeah same, plus i signed up for the email alert and didnt get anything.

do we need to commit to a minimum number of orders to get them to restock some of these items because if so COUNT ME IN for some door handle covers and interior lighting.

also digging the flip key which is in stock but definitely falls behind the lighting and the black door pulls.

So I have been running the replacement bulbs off of Amazon for about 6 months. The other day all my interior dome/map/door lights stopped working. Checked the fuse today and it was blown. I inserted another fuse and it blew also. So, there is a short somewhere. I assume it is one of the bulbs.

Is there an easy way to identify a bad LED. Just trying to save a little of the trial and error method. TIA!

1) a multimeter. there are dozens of YouTube videos

2) use a 9v battery - might need a small piece of wire - I do this before putting a LED in any slots in my car. the door lights in particular aren't fused and there are some sad stories of bad LEDs leading to expensive repairs.

anybody w the meso red/white combo map lights have pics of them at night time? i wanna know how bright they are. there isnt anything on their website that shows the cabin in the dark w the light on. TIA.
