Ok so I'm going to just throw this out there and see what others have done. I have had to rebuild my alternator about 4 times in he past couple of years. all of this is because I like mud and water. It seems to me the weak point of a Toyota is the alternator. It is always the brushes too much muddy water.
Anyone have and ideas on how to rectify this beyond my wifes idea of avoiding the mud?
