Altrom Imports Calipers. Any good?

I twisted off the bleeder valve on one of my front calipers tonight. I got to looking, and the rotors are pretty sad looking, lots of rust. This is funny because the truck over all is rust free. The rotors, calipers, a couple brakes lines, and the steering shaft all have rust on them. The rotors are almost about to start crumbling on the ends. I was about to replace all 4 rotors and pads, but am thinking about doing the calipers too.

Has anyone used Altrom Imports from NAPA? I used Eclipse on my 3rd gen, but these look really nice. Any experience? Thanks.
