Hey all, I'm in the process of building a custom tube front bumper and we're currently trying to bend aluminum tubing which is having some cracking issues. This made me realize just how weak the bumper will be, however,
1. I will not be using a winch with it, or using it as a recovery point.
2. I have All Pro Offroad Bilstein COs with the lighter coil option, 550lb I believe. Not sure if they can handle an all-steel bumper option.
any thoughts or suggestions as we start welding? The bumper will look like your basic baja bumper.
