Luckily my father taught a lot of the basics about car maintinence ( changing oil, battery, and how to safely change my own tire ..) but I'm petitie and the idea of this thing slipping of the jack and crushing me scares me..( though even when its fully on the ground I can slide underneath with another couple inches of clearance hehe) where can I get one and what type should I ask for?
gac689 said:Thanks guys! I always knew 4Runner owners were the best! I actually remember that my dad has these and uses them everytime he worked on the cars! I will pick some up this weekend.

I use some called "Rhino Ramps" by Blitz made out of plastic. They are rated for 12,000 lbs. They don't lift quite as high, but I feel much more secure.
