the best thing to do is to call your dealer and ask for a service schedule for your vehicle. It will tell you what needs to be done, when to do it, how often to do it, and what to use. They may be online also, but it makes it clear and is devoid of personal opinions. The information is also in your "Toyota Owners Guide"

You're not in trouble, and as TOY2G states ask your dealer. Off the top of my head this is what I would do:
Spark plugs
Air filter
Throttle body cleaning and MAF cleaning
Lube chassis/driveshafts
Front diff oil
Rear Diff oil
Transfercase oil
ATF fluid change (drain and fill is fine)
Replace belts
That should get you another 100,000 miles. Other ideas?
That's what I did to my 3rd gen, maybe the 4th gens are differnt in some ways.

Add to that a coolant flush, brake inspection, and a new cabin air filter.

This is sound advice I think. These things don't require a ton of maintenance really.
Call your local Toyota Dealer and ask them to e-mail you a copy of the past services performed on the T4R. I heard you can pull-up the info vs doing it. With the Vin # (Truck’s ID #) any Toyota Dealer should have access to any services performed at a any Dealer and work from there vs repeats. I would look over the truck good (if you have the experience) to see if the listed services appears to have been done. I checked every item that was listed + more as serviced or possible needs on my 07 V6 2WD SR5 @ 43,000 mi CPO and all appeared to have been done. The 160 point check list is a different story on A CPO. Would you check 160 items?? Good Luck!

I have an 07 V6 with 125K... I've done brakes and scheduled maintenance. Haven't had to replace the water pump. I'd suggest bringing it to a shop you trust and have them look it over.

IIRC, our Owner's Manual should have a schedule for service. Just follow that, its pretty well thought out. But that list above is a good starting point.
I would also add:
-A can of Seafoam (if you don't use it with oil changes already)
-Cabin air filter (if it hasn't been changed recently)
-Flush your coolant (drain and fill is good, but you can do a full flush if you want)
-Inspect the vehicle (CV joints, brakes, shocks, bushings, ect)
-Change brake fluid (if it hasn't been done in 30k already or is very dark and burnt smelling)
-Check the P/S Fluid, maybe even flush it if you want (For the most part as long as its fairly golden colored or red [some people use ATF, which is acceptable. See owner's manual for specification] it should be good, but I would just flush it if its got 100k on it)
Oh and be nice to the old gal and get her all prettied up! Nothing like a good waxin' and detailin' to make her shine! :hatsoff:
