idk, id say the dump truck was stuck but only needed a little tug or help... i have pulled a tractor trailer up a snow cover hill(about 2") one winter, he had chains, but one broke and then he was stuck at the base of the hill, the sheriff was there closing down the road till a wrecker could come get him, and the rest of the cars. i started pulling cars up the hill one at a time with my 85 toyota 4x4 puckup, and then once i got all the cars up to the top, i went back down for the tractor trailer. he was only single axle and had a small box on him(it was a budwiser truck) that was empty but i hooked up to him and went for it, i pulled him all the way up the hill he also tryed driving out as well... stock 22re(header) open diffs, 33" ProComp ATs, no lockers or anything. now ill be the first to say i could not of just drug him up the hill alone, he had to help, but he was not making it on his own. sometimes all you need is just a little help.
