About a month after I took delivery, I noticed that one of the locking mechanisms was broken on the double-decker cargo thing. It's the part that you twist to lock it into place. Basically, the latch underneath the twisty knob was not there.
Long story short - my dealer tried to obtain that single knob/locking mechanism , and they could not. They replaced (under warranty) the ENTIRE double-decker cargo thing. Dealer cost: > $700!

All to fix a part that probably cost a couple of bucks.
