I'm pretty sure we all try to keep clear of "Fail-Gear" 's products, sold through amazon or otherwise.
There has to be a reason why those sliders are 1/2 what reputable companies sells them for. Chances are they may be dom but they're thin wall and wouldn't hold the weight of the truck. Which is after all kind of the point of sliders.
Try All-Pro Off-road, or Shrockworks.

Yeah I guess you have a point there.
I am a strong believer in you get what you pay for.
1 3/4" OD x .120 wall 1035 DOM. are the dimensions they list.
I just don't have a tube bender or else I'd try and make some myself.
Does anyone know of any sites selling just the pre-bent material???
Also
The all pro off-road ones don't say they are DOM anywhere either.
All they say is "heavy-duty 1.75" x .120" wall tubing sourced from US Steel Mills for industry-leading strength."

I am super happy with my sliders from 4x innovations.. the come as bare metal with the sliders already welded, and you just have to weld up the stand offs and mounting plates.
Just finally got to try them out a week or two ago. They held the weight of my truck like a champ!

Once you get it to OPs wants those are $500 sliders. DOM plus powder plus kick out... not a bit worth it IMO.

Don't know about All Pro...but I know Marlin was using HREW instead of DOM from US sources b/c after testing....it held up better than the competitor's DOM. Wouldn't be surprised if John at All Pro is doing the same.

You could contact Stubbs and see if he'll just ship you the parts. His sliders are very nice and fit my 3rd gen perfectly. The guy who welded them on my 2000 SR5 was very impressed with the fit. Stubbs Welding

I've been researching sliders for 2 years & have yet to pull the trigger. The Trail Gear & All-Pro's are too short.
BAMF, CBI, Shrockworks, Savage, 4X Innov, Addicted Offroad, Stubbs & White Knuckle are all good. SW's has no kick out, 4X has to be totally welded together. I'm leaning towards Savage, Stubbs or BAMF.

I have to disagree. The trail gear (67") are the perfect lengthy for our 3rd gen. I know this because I have it on my truck. Look at my build thread. You'll find few pics.

Personally, I'm not a fan of the kickout....I've seen it push the rear tires off ledges/rocks they needed to be on in order to complete an obstacle successfully and have ended up causing body damage b/c the tire slips off the correct line that the front just traversed, causing the whole rig to slide into the notch resulting in munched quarter panels and doors.
