Analog wheels 8.5” v 8”

So looking at getting a set of Fifteen52’s black Analog wheels. Probably putting 2” lift kit and 285s on soon.

So for the 4runner bolt pattern they offer two options.

17x8” 25mm offset
17x8.5” 0mm offset

which one think is better? Pros and cons one vs the other size? Thank you.

I would go with the 17x8.5x0 offset. You won’t need a BMC on 285/70-17’s. They will give you a little wider track and stay flush with the fender flares.
The 8”x +25mm offset could possibly push your tires into your UCA’s. If they clear the UCA’s with a 285/70-17 there would be less chance of removing your mud flaps.

OP: Lift doesnt matter with IFS. The tires are still swinging in the same vertical arc. youre just changing where they are sitting in that arc. the 0mm offset will look better and the potential rubbing issues are easier to fix then if the +25 causes tire rub on the UCA or spindle.

Well in my case I’ll take the high five. On my 2018 Pro I run a 285/70-17 on Method 17x8.5x0mm offset wheels and did not do a BMC and still have my OEM mudflaps. Just pushed the front liners forward a bit. The front lower fenders on the Pro are already trimmed. Running 3.7 degrees caster and with a static forklift test had no interference at all. 4wheeling off road I have some minor scuffing when articulated and bouncing.
I’ll give you a high five that the 0 offset will look better than a positive offset.
