Annoying new rattle

I have a 2003 Limited and a very annoying new rattle has developed. It seems to be coming from the vertical pillar on the front passenger's side, possibly from the plastic area where the seat belt attaches to the pillar. It is sometimes much worse than other times.

Has anyone else experienced this? Any ideas to stop it?

The shoulder belt anchor could be loose. It is attached to the center pillar and held by maybe 2 bolts. The adjuster(that slides up/down) can also cause rattle if loose. You can search how to access that center pillar.
..i can't remember how if i'm not in front of it.

Yes, I also have a 2003 Limited, and I may know exactly what it is. I had this problem in 2004. The dealership could not find it. No competence (or they didn't care). Directly above and to the left of your head, behind the lump in the headliner where the gasket meets the frame, there is a plastic filler insert in there. It is attached with small tabs that break off, either on their own or if you bump it hard enough.

If you bump this part of the headliner either with your hand or the handle of a screwdriver and reproduce the rattle, that plastic filler piece is floating in there.

It takes some work to get behind there. I had to remove the grab handle on the A-pillar and the covers/screws for the not-there handle above the window. Then the plastic trim has to be unsnapped for the A-pillar, and also the plastic trim on the B-pillar above the seatbelt entry.
After that, I think you can pull the headliner away from the roof and exposed the annoying plastic bit.
I removed mine, then reinstalled with foam insulation (window air conditioner seal) to stop it from rattling.
