So another dealer victim here. My local dealer when we lived in Toledo Ohio was doing my oil changes. Mostly because I didn't have a garage to do them my self. Well I did my first oil change myself and found bunch of issues.
So the push pin was missing on the front plastic cover. They front metal skid plate had a bunch of thread locker on the bolts. The bolts seem ok when I put it back on but I am guess some are probably partially stripped. Next the bolt for the cover for the oil drain plug snapped off. So the cover was only being held on with one bolt. Third issue is there was two o rings on the drain plug for the filter.
So pretty much like everyone said beware of the dealers. I called and complained but at this point we had already relocated out of state so I knew they were not going to care. I am going to contact Toyota corporate as well and complain but I don't think they are going care much either.
