Ok, so I've searched and searched and cant find what I'm looking for. For those that have built front bumpers, what are the frame dimensions (size of tubes, inside distance, outside distance, distance from ends to cross member)? Using cash from Xmas and my birthday to get some steel to finally build my bumper and I'm trying to come up with some drawings to figure everything out.

you just need to make a bumper out of cardboard, foam board, or plywood and go from there
I'm trying to limit my time without a front bumper. My garage is on the other side of town from my house, its super inconvenient.

If you're taking on a project like this, you're gonna want to make all the measurements yourself- regardless of convenience.

What some people call "close tolerance" is quite different than what other people may desire.
Some bumpers are super tight to the body....some leave a pretty big gap to hopefully prevent contact with the body.
While the dimensions you're asking for will likely be fixed to a very great degree....how your bumper is going to actually fit all depends on your design, which is why you'll have to get the numbers yourself.

From your signature, the 1996-98 bumpers are super easy to take off and put back on. Can be done in under 5 minutes after you do it the first time.
