Another happy Off Road Consulting customer

We recently partook in the Off Road Consulting 101 class at Rausch Creek Park in centralish PA. I think we learned more from Kyle in the 6 hour course than I would have ever learend on my own... highly recommend to anyone in the area or willing to take a road trip. Couldn't be happier with what I learned and only left us hungry for more off road adventuring

So much fun! And no it had never been even remotely close to this dirty before haha! But hey this is what we bought it for

I had hoped for more Toyotas to he there, but they Wrangler peeps were just as friendly lol. It's funny because I thought I knew a little bit about off roading from my k5 blazer days... I may as well have been a new myself because today's traction aid style of wheeling is nothing compared to the just gunning it and closing your eyes I used to do with my woods blazers.

HA! One of these things are not like the other

There were some pretty impressed jeepers in my class... Hell I was impressed myself, we did some very technical trails with some extremely deep obstacles covered in jagged rocks, I was really surprised some of them were considered green trails lol.

Nice thing I drove home 77mph for 275 miles with no death wobble and getting 19.7mpg with my air conditioned seat on!

Just curious if this event is held in other states? I am in CA and just getting into off-roading and would love to take a class.

To my knowledge off road consulting is located only in central Pennsylvania, although they'll do training in one of the parks in WV if I'm not mistaken. That being said I would think there would definitely be some sort of off road training in your area as it's quite popular out west.

They are supposed to be good. Honestly though I think it’s best to just find a local 4x4 group and get out on the trails. You’ll learn through experience

The photographer was great, they sold us the pictures for basically $17 (the cost of the flash drive and shipping).... There were about 2000 pictures of the group.

Ya she was a little confused as to why HER 4runner was muddy but she had a blast as you can see lol. It will be a great moment to show her years later
