Another LED swap Q

I know this has been discussed to death, but even after wading through 30 pages of threads I'm still having a little trouble figuring out what I need to do a LED swap.

I have a 99 Limited and I think this list is pretty complete (pulled from another thread). Just looking for some input about the bulbs needed for the digital climate control.

#74 Bulbs
-Key Ring (1)
-Climate Control (2) <------Digital or knob HVAC?
-Ashtray (1)
-Glovebox (1)
-Blinkers (2)
Total: 7

#194 Bulbs
-Shifter (1)

#24 Bulbs
-Instrument Cluster (3) <---Are Tri-LEDs the way to go to minimize hotspots?
Total: 3

Neo-Wedge Type A (8mm)
-Rear Window (1)
-ECT/Rear Defroster (1)
-A/C Button (1)
Total: 3

I plan to order from VLEDS unless someone can recommend a better site. Looking forward to your input.

as the 24's go, its going to be hard to get one without hot spots unless they put the leds pointing in different directions, otherwise go with bright leds as possible. and the 74's for climate control, i cant remember what the dash on a 99 looks like. snap a picture and ill be a little more specific. i used 4mm neo wedges and 3mm neo wedges for the control knobs and etc power, rear window switches and what not
