Lifetime Maintenance

Random stuff that broke
DIY - A/C clutch relay
DIY - center dash A/C servo clicking repair
DIY - driver door lock actuator
DIY - Fuel gauge sending sensor
DIY - front inner fender liners

Common long term consumables / preventative maintenance
DIY - Timing belt (and all the usual stuff)
DIY - hoses
DIY - brakes and rotors (several times)
DIY - weeping valve cover (bolts were all finger loose)
DIY - front o2 sensors (probably not needed as replacing didn't improve my woeful mpg)
DIY - shocks/struts (front raised .85")
DIY - front control arms (balls were torn, bushes dry rot)
DIY - Rear trailing/lateral arms (bushes all show some dry rot)
DIY - inner CV boots (torn)
DIY - tpms sensors (all 5)

Routine maintenance
DIY - battery
DIY - bulbs (several times)
DIY - oil/filter, air filter, cabin filter (several times)
DIY (mostly) - all fluids (several times)
tires (just started 4th set)

Pending Maintenance
transfer case actuator seals
steering rack (bushes have dry rot)

• Occasional clunk up front that's been there since before all the suspension refreshes -- maybe engine, front diff, body mounts and/or steering rack?
• Sway links? (Can't recall if I did those with suspension)

20th birthday

She officially reached 20yrs @ 126k miles and is still going strong. There's no new maintenance to report. It rides as quiet and buttery smooth as day 1. The interior remains in very good to excellent condition. The clear on the fender cladding is starting to go now sadly.
