Welcome, I'm up in Lynnwood, so not too far. I go through Lake Stevens rather often to hike and drive about the Mountain Loop Highway. You plan to take your 4Runner off road? or Street only?
What kind of tires did you get?

Ski/Snowboard: no. I wish. I have tried several times but my balance is shit!
Offroad: yes, definitely. I am a very avid photographer and do lots of landscapes so I plan on using this to get places. No plans of doing any hard core difficult trails or rock crawling though.
Mountain Loop: love it out there!
I ordered a set of Black Rock Yumas and had Blizzak DM-V1's put on for the winter.
