Another Rear Bumper Thread

Alright guys... I've searched through all the rear bumper threads, can't find the real answer that I'm looking for. It seems that if I want to replace the entire rear bumper it will cost around $500. What aftermarket bumper... OFFROAD... bumper can I get for that or a little more? Or is there a black bumper that looks stock that I can get from somewhere? I don't want that chrome crp on my truck. That's so 90's... hahaha. oh yeah... I have a 90's 4runner. Thanks for any help and LINKS!

I'm not so much of a fan of the tube bumpers. How about a solid bumper, something like the arb or schrockworks style? But Cheap?

a plate bumper is gonna cost more no matter where you go unless you find a craigslist deal. CBI is the only one that makes them that I can think of right now. maybe try getting a quote from some local shops for a custom, you might be surprised by their prices, or maybe not, who knows.

I can take pics of a specific area for you if you'd like. The bumper looks fluid - Steve at CBI is really a master fabricator. Is this what you were asking about?.. (the space between the bottom of the lift gate when it's closed and the top of the bumper is ~1/2".

Haha, that's funny. No that tent is my storage tent for everyone's bags and all the food and cooking stuff. I think it's the biggest piece of crap tent ever but it's ~6' tall so it works good for a changing room and to put all the crap in so our sleeping tents aren't so cluttered. I carry it in the truck becuase it's nice to set up when I go shooting in the desert and want a shady place to work on and clean my guns. My normal tent is a Kelty.

"World Famous". Riiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiight. Famous for not being good tents I would guess. Yeah I think I got it off ebay for ~$25. Even came complete with the wrong rain fly and a broken stick-on LED light. Sweet!

Hey have you checked out Perkins Performance? I just ordered mine last week. Should be here in a couple weeks. :surfer:
I ordered mine with a cb antenna mount, integrated reverse lights, powdercoated. But I did not buy the tire carrier.
Total price was about $800 shipped. Here are some pics, w/o the tire carrier it weighs only 89 lbs!
