alrighty! got my suspension in tonight and did it within 2 hours.
actually not to bad ran into a couple push backs but nothing major that couldnt be fixed easily.
i dont have pics because it started to turn night, well i started at 8pm ended at 10pm haha
basic tools floor jack, jack stands sockets, and such.
so problems that "very small problems that set me back"
panhard rod doesnt line up nicely at all after you take it off, had to pry it with a driver to line up the hole and hammer the bolt back in.
shocks are blown and old and never changed since i bought the car so i got the bottom bolt off but it was impossible to take off the shock i dont know why but i figure cause its age so i left it.
springs i had to pry out kinda spooky cause you think it will hit you but not to bad, was working with 2 other friends so was all good.
they came out and i didnt have anything that looked like the writeups on here my spring is empty with no rubber stops inside.
so i wired up the airbag easy with the given rubber boot thing that easily wired it straight up and over the springs. in a way i like made things much much easier, no drilling what so ever.
so that took about 10 seconds to put in the spring then had to pry the spring back in with NO spring compressors all elbow grease some smart thinking and 2 friends haha
then that was it all finished.
the ride was MUCH MUCH improved, some say oh the ride gets stiff but not for me i like it wayyy better. then again maybe it was beacuse i was used to driving it bottomed out and blown shocks with compressed springs HAHA
but hieght it back to normal, actually higher then normal. but ill leave it at 33psi for now and check tomorrow to see if it went down to see if i got leaks. then ill level it out.
but damm i love it i can finally drive relaxed and not worry about bumps and bottoming out all the time.
now ill NEVER bottom out and my truck doesnt have the sag.
i say +1 for the airlift.
with the t line hose adapter its very easy to fill both bags at the same time at equal pressure levels.
