Sorry to add a new thread that piggy-backs off my old one but I'm trying to get this job done as we speak. So I removed my antenna from the top and sure enough it was snapped which means there are parts in the motor. the problem is, when i was trying to remove the fender well plastic to get to the motor, i ran into these 3/4" plastic bas**** tabs. is there a way i can somehow get to and unplug the motor without breaking and buying new tabs?
