So I guess my bumper cut a hole in...What is this part called? I take it easy fix??

Your pictures aren't very clear to me.

Can you see physical damage to the radiator? I would replace the radiator and the hoses if I were you. Might as well do the thermostat while at it. There are write-ups for all that here on T4R in the 3rd gen section.

You may want to also consider switching to Toyota red coolant when you do the re-fill; but you may need to first flush the system out with a garden hose to get the green out.
 
What your finger is touching is the high side refrigerant line. That's for your air conditioning. You will need to repair the line and get the a\c system properly charged back up.

Looks like you have original eom radiator, which should be replaced asap due to notorious strawberry milkshake problem.

This is correct. What you're seeing is dye added to the refrigerant to aid in tracking down potential AC system leaks.
