Antisieze on differential plugs?

After just about rupturing myself on the two plugs on the front diff of my 2001 TR4 I am considering adding anitsieze to the new fill and drain plugs I bought. Anyone try this or have a reason I shouldn't try it

I would rather use Teflon tape. Just be careful applying it so you only cover the threads with two wraps and skip the first two threads so that none is dangling about inside the case.
