Ants moved in by my windshield!

So Today I noticed some ants moved in. F***ing killing me. I flushed em out as well as I could with a water hose, got the majority. I still have a couple stragglers roaming around. They were hanging out behind my rubber molding on the side of the windshield. They don’t seem to be at the base of the windshield. They don’t seem to be in the rubber molding that goes back along the roof. I was gonna spray some bug spray in the area. Any ideas on where some could be hiding?
And no my 4R is not full of food or anything. Luckily they’re only on the outside.
Oh and I checked the wheels to see if there was a line of workers but nothing. So I think they were moving In while I was parked at work.

ants are everywhere....not sure what you can do about it. Spray it with water like you did, and hope for the best.

Bait them, they will all be gone in three days at the most.

Use white vinegar and water mix and either spray the area or use a squeeze bottle and let it glide down the moulding/rubber. Let it sit for a while. Ants hate white vinegar. Then rinse it off, you dont want your rig to smell like vinegar! But I have to say one thing though, I dont know if it will affect the paint or not. I have never used vinegar on paint before.

I use vinegar and water and spray around the outside of my house along the ground when the ants begin to appear during the warmer months. This keeps them away from the house.

The other thing you can try is yellow corn meal. They love to eat that stuff. And then it blows up in their bodies and kills them when they take a drink of water. At least I can tell you that the yellow corn meal will not affect your paint.

I have found simple ant spray will send them elsewhere. Chemical Bait is about a 3 day solution that typically works well.

When camping in California we discovered no one sold any kind of ant chemical at rv parks.
We used paprica to keep them off the vehicle.

Thanks for the suggestions. Looks like flooding em out got rid of all but a few wanderers that i killed individually without hesitation. Looks like I’m ant free now
