At 37,000 miles, really only one mechanical issue. The second row seat back release cable disengaged from the bracket. The fix was simple by crimping the cable bracket tighter with some high-leverage pliers.
2016 4runner : passenger pillar squeaking. Never could get it silenced.
2019 4runner: passenger pillar still squeaking but less prominent. Front suspension squeak, dealer replaced control arms.
Ok, I do have an issue.I use my phone (Tapatalk) and can't see polls.
2017 SR5, 23,000 miles on it.
Zero issues, everything works properly. Absolutely no complaint.

Common issue. No one seems to have figured it out, but most point to the rubber exhaust hangers as the source, which is why it seems to come from the right rear after hard or high speed driving. Not really sure if it's an issue but after a drive I get out and smell a type of rubber/electrical smell. Like something burning.
At first I thought I didn't add enough gear oil when I changed out my diff fluid but I'm sure it wouldn't smell like rubber or electrical burn smell plus I added 3 quarts of Redline as per instructions.
I only smell it when I park it in the garage and assuming because I'm in an enclosed area I can smell it.
Unsolved mystery.
