Any difference in power antennas for 1990 vs 1991?

Found what appears to be a decent deal on fleabay. The ad states it is for 1991-2002. I have a 1990. Also, they haven't answered my question even though I have sent them two messages. So I ask here...any diff between 1991 and 1990 antennas?

i cant see why they would be different they all mount in the same place

Thanks for the replies. I also read that thread on here about fixing it. Pretty helpful. Seems that the company selling that antenna is probably just trying to avoid any of the cross over year type complications (even though the crossover change was more like '89) or maybe just made a mistake.
