Any good trails on my route?

I'll be going from west Texas to south Missouri next weekend, does anyone know anywhere to take my 4runner to have some fun along the way?

If you take the I-20 to the 10 W, then get on 17 north and get off on Table Mesa Rd, there's some amazing wheeling there. Once you're finished, just hop back on 17 N, then onto I 40E for 1,363 miles.

At least that's the way I always do it.
