Any Long Term updates for White Shepherd Stop Leak in the transfer Case for the Actuator leak?

Don't need to worry about this stuff. My Bud is a Toyota Tech and we are going to drop the T-Case at his house and he is taking it to work and Busting it open to Fix it the Right way without the $2k Bill. He is Bad Ass. :amen:

I would be forever grateful if you could document the process. I am looking at the exact same thing and would love to attempt it before handing my mechanic $2k. Just out of curiosity, how long has it been leaking?

Probably been leaking about a year. Was going to try the White Shepherd route. I will do my best to have him take pics and such. My Actuator works fine and it Shifts into 4Lo with No issues and the Center Diff Lock works fine as well.

In that case, RVT it and keep on trucking. Top off the tcase every 5k.
