Any motorcycle riders here?

I just bought a bike a couple of weeks ago and I've been really busy with that. I haven't had a bike in 7 yrs so getting back on feels really good.

Are there any other bikers out there? Where are you and what do you ride? I know Koz has a monster bike and he also helped me pick up my bike .

Both my wife and I have motorcysles. I commute in Atlanta on a 2001 Sv650 and she rides a Moto Guzzi Breva 750 when we go on the weekends. The best thing I did last year was purchase a Hi-Viz suit from Aerostitch which really helps in Atlanta traffic.

I ride a Suzuki SV1000N, I do most of my riding here in central MA but my longer rides involve NH, VT and or ME. Glad your back on two wheels, 7 years is a long time to go without.

Hey Bobby!

Im in northern Jersey too, and I ride a Yamaha R1. Since you are from the area its possible you might have even seen me...Its an 2002 /Silver and Black, and the windscreen has black flames going up it. Usually I'll be wearing a Route 66 jacket.

OH yeah, it's a 00 ZX-6r, with: two bros exhuast, k&n, jet kit, rear cowl, rear seat delete, rear fender elim. I just got it on Monday, I've put 350 miles on it, the curvy roads of Germany are nice. I got a full compliment of riders gear and pit-bull stands.

I've had about 5 bikes in the past, from enduro's to cruiser's, this is my 3 crotch rocket though, my all time favorite was definately my 97 GSXR 600 though, so this one has some shoes too fill.

I had a ton of work done to the GSXR though, this one's pretty much done, and it's about the same power but its not as peaky.

Bike riders

Hey there, I'm down in Maryland and try to ride when I can but you gotta plan around traffic. I ride a 1999 Valkyrie Interstate, 1520cc flat six. It isn't a rocket but it aint bad.....have fun riding. CSM-H

Nice bikes everyone! I don't have a street bike yet, but I do ride a 00' Kawasaki KDX 200. It's a 2-stroke trail bike. I currently have 3 bikes to restore: 75' suzuki rm 125, 83' yamaha xt550, and a 86' honda xl250r.

Best thing I did was get a new helmet and some gloves that fit properly. The right gloves make all the difference, especially on long rides.
