I'm usually on two wheels, not four ... although that may change slightly with my SR5. ;) Here's what I usually ride when it's not snowing out ...

1997 Ducati Monster m750: one of 100. I actually got T-boned on this bike two years ago, but I bought it back and rebuilt it. It's definitely not stock anymore ...
  • Sil Moto high exhaust carbon fiber exhaust, custom cut & fit to the bike
  • Open airbox conversion
  • MBP collet kit (valve train)
  • Corse rearsets, set up w/ GP shift (no linkage)
  • Vortex 10° racing clip-ons
  • Pazzo Racing shorty adjustable levers
  • S/S Braided lines throughout
  • Full floating front brake rotor
  • Oberon bar-end mirrors
  • Rizoma grips
  • Puig windscreen
  • LED blinkers up front, MotoDynamics integrated LED brake/turn signals out back
  • Custom wiring harness (partial)
  • Tailchop + T.P.O. Parts Stealth tailplate
  • SpeedyMoto stubby frame sliders & frame brace (not pictured)
  • All sorts of carbon fiber, Ti and Al goodness from DP, Corsair Ind. and others ...
  • Just shy of 50k on the clocks, and heading to NJMSP for track days this summer ... :)

1988 Ducati Paso 750: 1 of 55 (in blue, anyway). This is mostly stock except for the Cobra F1 exhaust, Euro tail lens & some subtle tweaks in the fueling. Planning to install a pair of Mikuni 36mm carbs & pod filters this summer to improve the fueling.

So I see! Very nice. Which headlight surround is that?

The next big thing on my Monster is to change the seat unit so it's more of a café racer - with a hump instead of the pillion. When I put the rearsets on it, I got rid of the passenger pegs, so I figure might as well lose the seat too. I don't want to cut the subframe back that far, but I'm hoping I could build it into a storage compartment.

Are you on ducati.ms or DML at all? I'm a mod on ducati.ms since the early days (although I don't visit that often), and I'm co-owner of nedr.org - if you're in the northeast, check it out. It's been slow lately though ...

im on the DML and Ducati.ms under the same SN. Fairly active on the DML but almost no posts on D.ms I've seen a bunch of people chop the frame down to make a cafe racer style -I'm definitely diggin the rearsets. I had some like that but the wife wanted to ride, so I swapped them back out.

The headlight surround is from a triumph thruxton. I've got a single sided swingarm that im going to PC black and throw on there sometime, hopefully soon.

I'll play! Here's my other baby, she hasn't seen the street in a couple years as shes a track whore. Too many mods to list, big money items include, ohlins, racetech internals, brembo, gilles, galfer, galespeed, carrozzeria, & RS Taichi cant forget the gear. Still have a bunch of other parts to bolt on when I find the time. Enjoy!

Thanks!! I definitely envy that under-tailr exhaust! I think it looks super clean and opens up the rear tire and swingarm nicely!

As a side note - AZN, I noticed you have a connector for your gopro on your helmet, and a gopro on your seat cowl. How do you have it attached? the suction cup? how do you like it. I've got the 1080p and the 960, but I've only used them once on the bike...your thoughts on the best angles and mounts?

The helmet mount was okay for street riding since you seldom go into a tuck, but for the track your view changes from and upright to tuck depending on your position. For my tail, I did use the suction cup, and it held up well over 100+ mph. However, Ive since then ditched that route and mounted a flat mount to the back portion of the tail since it was a more rigid surface compared to when the suction cup was mounted to the seat cowl there was a lot of vibration. Ive also got a flat mount on my windscreen and offers a great view as well. One other place that Ive seen but have not yet tried is on the mid cowl. I too have the 1080 gopro and the quality is awesome. Hope that helps!

sup ya'll, I currently ride RZ350's.. I will try to get some pic's up. All three of them are torn down but should have one up and wheelin' in a couple of weeks! can't wait! new bearings, tires, brakes, etc....mostly torn down for maintenance parts but, ya gotta keep them tight if you want to turn in right!

Yea, I'm in the same area - Cortaro and Thornydale. You may have seen me putzin around on the Duc. I try to make a trip up once a month or so, but since they've closed it off there have been tons of cops runnin up and down the Hwy

I'll have to keep an eye out for you. I haven't been riding much lately. So little that my battery is dead on the ST.

I lived at Thornydale and Overton for a while, but am now near Magee and La Cholla.

'06 Honda VTX 1800R Candy Jupiter Orange w/Corbin Beetle bags. 6 time show winner. I'm too stupid to know how to post pics so I'll get my son over here later and post some up.
