The only one I miss is the 954RR....

Definitely Something to drool over. Do you ever go on any rides with the guys from the Monster Forums? There are a bunch of fellas that try to get down skyline drive and out in potomac and a few other spots for some twisties

I only got the bike recently. I have ridden a couple times with some guys in the Mid-Atlantic Ducati club around here, but haven't been on that road. I'm looking forward to getting out some more.

Here's some pics of my F4-SPR.

Very nice Beaker! I ran pirelli's as my first hypersport tire and liked them as a canyon carver tire/slower pace TD tire. But as soon as I started getting faster Ive only ridden DOT's and never gone back. Have you taken it out to any trackdays yet, living in socal there are plenty!:guitar3:

Oh yeah here are a couple small things I'm bolting on today. Enjoy!

oooh, gorgeous. Just something about the F4s. :thumb3: The SPR was the 'ultimate' 750, correct me if I'm wrong. Was that the final 750, too? Love the matte finish. I like the round organ pipes better than this year's boxier version, personally.

Yea, the SPR is a limited run of 300. It's the last evo of the 750 motor putting out 146hp at 13,000rpm stock. It was geared more so for the track than the street - very tight gear ratios - 1st gear is ridiculous - If your lighting it up you shift into second at around 82MPH.. haha! I love the bike - It's a fantastic machine but it's brutal in the city - it just wants open road or ideally the track.

Yea, I haven't done a track day in a while. A few years ago I was hit by car - the classic I was going straight through a green light - a car decided to make a left turn right into me. My ankle was mashed between the front corner bumper of the car and the bikes subframe. (My old Suzuki) I actually came out of it very lucky - My leg looked a mess but there were no breaks - a lot of severe tissue damage and a club foot! The Boots saved my ankle.. a couple of months later after some physio I was off the crutches..

Anyway - to make a long story short - I haven't been to a track since... I still love to ride.. I had been commuting on bikes for 18 years and had a spill or two before but I guess the last crash changed some things for me. Even in my late thirties you don't heal up as easily as you did in your twenties.. Nowadays I just hit the twisties during non peak hours. I work from home so I can pick and choose when I ride now.. My 4runner is actually the first 4 wheeled vehicle I've owned - when I needed a car I drove the wifes car - otherwise I was always on the bike.

Bump this thread because I am looking to get a bike to ride to school that way I can save some money on gas and have some fun while doing it. This will be my first bike so I have been looking at cbr600f4i's or R6's. I am defiantly going to be taking a motorcycle safety course to get my license. Any advice for a newbie getting into the bike world?

Dirt but still a motorcycle 2002 CR250

I moh-bike guy too. :) this her with brand new paint and rubber... not so purty after a season of bugs.

Actually fellahz... I was just looking to carry this thing on the back with a 600lb carrier - that weighs 90lbs. My 2010 Z1000 @ 458 wet.
So a grand total of 548lbs on 500lb tongue.
Am I nutty? Should I go buy a trailer instead?
Any suggestions? it would be all pavement an hr to the track.

thx in advance :frog:

Some nice bikes on here, impressive, especially with OP's Duc.

Here's my current, the headlight plastic is white now, need some new pics, maybe when it can finally come outside again.
