Any new update with a V6 Supercharger??

Did a search....and all..just found the usual info...

just wondering if anyone had heard anything new at all regarding a supercharger for the 4.0 v6.

i havne't heard anything. when the tacoma came out, i trd was supposed to finally bring it out, but nothing still... now the fjc is coming... hopefully trd or any ohter tuner will be able to put something out....

Supposed to be Tacoma option

I think it was supposed to be an option for the 2005 X-Runner Pickup truck (uses same 4.0 liter base engine and chassis as 4runner). But, has never materialized, and probably never will.

some companies are looking to create turbo kits for the X-runner and since the engine is the same, it may port over to the 4Runner. just some food for thought.

i haven't found anything on the turbo kits but i did found that sosperformance is making a sc kit for the xrunner. claims an est. 379hp wheel hp.
