Any news/rumors/updates/facts on 6th gen/2018 4Runner?

Hey guys,

Title says it all. I'm at a point where in the next month or so I can pull the trigger on a 5th gen if I want to, but can't help but think about what could be released a short eight months after. I love everything about the 5th Gen except the acceleration (I'm used to my '03 with a V8 ).

Anything anyone can share would be very appreciated!

Came here to ask the same question. '05 with 170k mi is starting to show her age a bit. Expecting the 2018 to be a remodel since we are already 1 year longer than normal gen length (7 yrs).

Nothing but speculation, conjecture, and rumor.

I'd be mentally prepared for the 5th gen to go on unchanged indefinitely until we are shown something from a reputable source.

Thanks man. I wish Toyota would at least talk to the customer base. Something as simple as "Yup, 2018 new model" or "Nope, its over".
