I'm a little further away (Portland, OR) but I have the fat lip bumper in great shape that is still on my truck. Its got one brand new turn signal housing. I am looking to get an ARB, but would sell this and drive around without a bumper for the time being.
As far as flares go, mine has the black textured style ones. Didnt know it made a difference as far as the bumper goes...

thanks man, left you a Starbucks card in the mailbox.
Stopped at Certifit and got a new valance for the bottom. Using your bumper and upper valance and the new lower will be good. Will also install the Hella Micro DE's and new bumper reinforcement.
Gotta order some new clear bumper lenses for the 3rd time.
