Im undecided what to do about the rear chrome bumper... chrome wont get me home

and sorry my blackberrys the best cam i got.

I'm not a big fan of the bumper. I don't like being able to see the radiator. Is that rhino lining?

What else do you have planned?

i dont like seeing the radiator either, im planning having a buddy weld a cross bar between the frame rails, one to mount the plate, and two for some D-rings. the plastic piece i took off didnt do squat and it had a big rip in it since when i bought it. im thinkin 2.5 spacer lift and 285's are in the near future.

and its a similar product to rhino lining

The lower valence is there partially for protection since I don't like the radiator being that exposed.

the crossbeam im planning will cover the radiator also. im thinking like 2x6 square tubing. maybe making a little hoop as well just making it different, i see atleast 5-10 stock 4runners on the roads out here in utah a day.

i dont have the lower vallence on mine. But thats cause i hit a deer if i was you i would ask your buddy if he could make a bumper for ya. Thats what im doin.

That is a very low price.

I think he is having a new piece made. He wants to looks different I believe.

doing that could lead to over heating because your blocking all of that air from getting to the radiator especially when on trails

I don't think it looks bad getting rid of the chrome, but I think it looks "chopped up" leaving the bottom open like that. Almost like it's not intentional.

If your buddy can weld, just go for a total custom job.

That's what I would do. Have him make me one, too. I'll even drive down.
