Any shop in San Jose can install upper ball joints?

Trying to changed out the upper ball joints on my mothers sr5 4runner v6 2wd. I can see dry grease around it and on the bottom. This is on both sides same place. Sometimes I hear popping noise when turning at slow speed like when you trying to park. Also the car feels little loose on the front end. I get little shaking sometimes over 60mph. Everything else looks good under the car. We just put new tires also. So only thing I am thinking is upper joints.

Can anyone recommend a shop in San Jose that works on4runners and can change the upper ball joint without replacing the whole arm?
