Here's my 2003 Prerunner...These were taken right after I got it back from my wife following the sale of my '96 Mustang GT. Had to get rid of that because I didn't think putting a child seat in the back would be a fun time.

I added the new wheels and Nitto Terra Grapplers all the way around.

I have made a few changes to mine this summer. Icon RR coilovers w/ 700 lb. springs, TC UCA's, rear icon RR shocks and all pro expo leafs, and an Engo 9k winch. I have most of the parts for my 4wd conversion as well.

My recent purchase. 2012 Tacoma 4x4 It has all the TX Pro accessories added it just doesn't have the TX Pro badges. All are listed on the window sticker from the original dealer. Don't know if the dealer left them off or the first owner removed them. I have looked but can't see where they would have been. Oh well I'm fine without having them. Planning on an Icon Stage 1 set at 3" with light racing UCAs. Not sure on the rear yet want to do a 3" lift leaf pack just not sure what. Anyone have a similar setup or suggestions. Planning on running 285s.

Thanks for the advice. I have been curious about the adjust-ability of the lr's. Seems complicated to me at least. The tc's seem pretty plug and play. I just wish they made them black and not silver with their name stamped across them. Guess I can do a little rustoleum work on them.

I replaced mine with TC and love them. The lettering is vinyl, if it bothers you that much just peel them off and paint them. Keep an eye on tacomaworld.com, you can get a great deal on slightly used parts if you're patient.

Updated the Taco a bit bigger tires and a set of chrome edition 4Runner wheels, lifted the front a tad more along with a ton of maintenance and other small mods.

First response to this thread is pics of when i first purchased this truck for $500 with a busted v6. Since then I've installed a used 69k mile motor from a wrecked 03 prerunner, replaced all the maintance items on the replacement motor, flushed all driveline fluids, diff breather mod, new Aisin clutch kit, Toytec Boss suspension lift, 231mm tundra brakes, SCS F5 wheels, new tires, and poly rack bushings. It's been a fun project but i still have a lot more on the "to do list".

Just sold it today. Lots of miles, camping trips, apartment moves, and hazardous waste in this truck. I'm happy it's going to a 16 year old that can drive it just as hard as I did when I first got it. 170 thousand miles young and just got the engine broken in.

Bought a 4Runner to replace it, obviously. I think I'm going to be ok.
