Any way to adjust shocks on 2000 SR5 4wd?

My 2000 SR5 4x4 auto has pretty stiff shocks it seems like. I can feel every little pebble and bump in the road. The 4R has P265/75 R16 tires inflated to specs. Is there any way these shocks can be adjusted for a little softer ride? I think they are the stock shocks, but not sure. I've only had this rig for a few months. I bought it from the widow of the last owner and she had no records on it at all. I bought it because it was apparent that he had kept up on the maintenance pretty well and it was SC'd

No. You can get adjustable suspension, but its typically going to be stiffer anyways. And even with it, unless you pay alot of money for something really extravagant, the shocks wont be adjustable. Its the spring rate that can be adjusted. You can decrease tire pressure though. I had my tire pressure at max untill some of the guys told me the runners will feel really stiff with full pressure. Either way its a stiff riding vehicle.
