Any write up available for installing a sub?

I have an amp and sub I wanted to install with my stock JBL system. I wanted to disconnect my 6 ( size?) stock sub and replace it with my amp and 12 inch sub.

Is there a write for installing a sub and running it inline with my stock JBL system for a 2006 sports edition?
