Any1 have spec for headlight adjustment.

I just got new headlights for an 05. i have misplaced my owners manual and dont own the 4runner bible. Does any1 have hte digrams on the measurements to adjust the headlights. I know where the adjustment screws are. I just remember in my last car the owners manual it had some measurements like (30ft/ 3ft high)
