Does anyone have a vinyl decal cutter and cut their own decals. I'm looking for a couple of 18"x18" Pittsburgh Steelers decals. I'm wanting to make a couple of Steelers cornhole boards and will be just putting these down to paint over and then peel off, so they can be the cheapest vinyl possible. If anyone can help me out with that it would be greatly appreciated.
