They're just cheaper than the summit racing one, but will you please explain?

It comes down to their choice of manufacturer for their products.
They make cheap (quality) instruments, I'm talking gauges here, and hype them up to be something great or revolutionary. Which is fine, that's business alright, but I'm not going to buy anything made by or affiliated with GlowShift.
Consistently cheap gauges lead me to believe that the rest of their product line is of the same quality. I don't think I am way out of line there.
My point: I'm not wasting my money on cheap parts only to purchase the same part again, however many weeks/months down the road. Read reviews for yourself though they are all over the place.
