Anybody have a Sequoia?

I'm on my second 4Runner...recently got married and taking a different life direction and might trade my Corvette in on a Sequoia for the wife.

Any thoughts on this beast? The other consideration is a Ford Expedition EL. The expedition appears to be a bit cheaper (by about 3-4k or so), bigger and a few other amenities...but the Sequoia is Toyota...same MPG and has better looks and I presume better handling.

Why sell the Vette??? Trade the Runner in for a Sequoia, or better yet, a LandCruiser. Your Vette is nice sir, hopefully two suv's don't make you trade it off. Good luck with the situation. :driving: Keep the Vette!

I miss my sports car... you sure you're ready to give it up? And bless you for having not 1, but 2! black vehicles. My shoulder still hurts from my '08 Z that I sold in March.

Land Cruiser is my Dream but dam too expensive for now, I like the Sequoia as well, If I get one I will put the Tundra TRD Rock edition wheels on it.

Love the vette...but you know what I learned? I was parking the vette and 4Runner next to each other and 9 times out of 10 I was driving the 4Runner. The wife has a 2012 Taurus...but we're trying to have a baby...and with all the kids ...it seems to make sense to upgrade to third row seating. Combine two car payments into one?

^ Can't blame you there. That's kind of why I sold the Z... it was part of a larger plan to allow us to move sooner (only 1 vehicle right now) and to eventually plan for kids. We'll go back to 2 cars soon... and at the moment I'm thinking it might be another 4R. :driving:
