Anybody know First Gen Topper Bolt Sizes?

Hey guys. Took my first gen's top off last summer for the first time in what was probably a very long time. Snapped off two of the bolts and would prefer to replace all the rest as well. Does anybody know what sizes these things are?

I've looked around the internet and even at oem toyota parts online and can't seem to find them. I don't know if the dealership would carry them but I can check tomorrow.

Just take one the remaining bolts to a hardware store, nearly all hardware stores have a little jig to measure size and thread pitch

I can't swear to it but virtually every other bolt I've replaced on my '89 has been M 8 x 1.25. IIRC the topper bolts are about 1" in length. If you have a Tractor Supply they will have the bolts in grade 8.

Okay google fu: I found 4Crawler saying they are M 8 x 1.25 x 35mm.

1st Gen bolt size

If I remember correctly, the bolt in the left front corner is longer then the others so it will activate a switch for the rear window motor. Maybe a 1st gen owner can confirm,

The small one (the bolt 'B' in the FSM) is 3cm long, and it's the one which activates the cover top switch. The rest are longer, so they can damage that switch.

They should be the other way around, the 'B' has to be longer than the rest, to avoid damaging that switch by inserting the wrong bolt in the wrong hole.

That was my first thought but the good hardware store around here usually closes before I get off work. Thanks for all the help guys!
