It looks like a bad computer "paint" program attempt, where someone just traced the outline of the truck and clicked on some child's fingerpainting for the fill, with no regard for lines or flow. It's definitely one of the most hideous vehicles (not just 4Runners) that I've ever seen. Hopefully they weren't seriously trying to be artistic, and were just screwing around with an old beater!
