Anybody using an aFe Pro Dry S air filter?

Hey guys, quick question...picked one of these up for an '08 V6, and while it fits into the filter box...it doesn't seem quite as "snug" as the stock filter. It definitely has some wiggle/sliding room, but even with that I don't see any VISIBLY exposed areas where unfiltered air might sneak through....but I'm not sure.

Is this just the way it fits? I felt like I had to hold it in place as I put the intake back in, didn't feel very secure. Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure how much of a difference there is between the V6 and V8 airbox, but my Pro Dry fits fine in the V8.

I've got a v6 and mine fits well in it - no wiggle or sliding room.

Hmm did I happen to somehow get a weirdly small one? "Slide" might be too strong of a word...but it definitely moves about a milimeter in each direction, no open gaps though. Definitely not a tight, rigid fit like the stock filter, just a tad looser but once it's clamped in it should be fine, right?
