DOA, Downey, LC engineering are the three names I used when I built my SAS 86 4Runner. Those three names have put alot of time, money and research into Toyota. In my experianced opinion, Lc has the best engines, DOA has the best cams and bolt on parts, and Downey has the most of everything Toyota. All of these names can be found online with simple searchs. DOA and LC are smaller companies so there shipping usually reflects that, Downey has stuff out the door that day or the next, gets there quick. I used to find what I wanted in Performance Products and have one of these three match it or build it. There are quite a few sites for the 3.0 but you can find links off of those guys once you get there. Also for your runner you should check out www.4x4wire.com, bunch of knowledge over there and really nice guys.
