Hi All
Back in 2016 when I was rebuilding my 3rd Gen, I bought a full set of Bilstein 4600s from an ebay seller shocking14u, who I late found to be selling stuff from 1 Source Off Road.
After about 45,000 kms one of the rear shocks was dropping oil and turned out to be seized.
I got back in touch with the seller, purchased a replacement and was told to send the old one back to him for a refund of the price I had paid for the single replacement shock. The ebay seller advised me that the part came from / should be returned to 1 Source.
This took me some time, and now I am ready to send it back, I notice that the ebay seller is no longer registered, and that his account has a lot of negative feedback for unfulfilled orders.
I sent 1 Source Off Road an email 4 days ago, and have had no response.
Does anyone know if this company has gone under? Anyone else having problems with them?
I am based in Europe so the cost of sending back the shock is quite high, and I don't want to do it if I have no chance of getting a refund.
