I really like the look of these wheels, wondering if anyone has seen them on a runner or know if they'll fit?

if they are 6x5.5 bolt pattern and allow enough space to clear the calipers and uca's, then they most likely will fit

I like those wheels, looked into getting them myself (although I think I found a few sets cheaper)..

BUT I've read that the center hole on GM wheels isn't large enough to clear the Toyota hubs. I believe it's something like 106mm vs 80mm.

GM hubs are not the correct size. You'll need to bore them out which if done incorrectly will ruin your wheels.

Best bet look for a Toyota specific size hub.

Do you think a Machine shop with a good vertical mill or a lathe with enough throw to mount a rim would be good option? Perhaps the best way would be to make a mounting jig using the lugs to center the hub to the lugs? This gets those brain gears going now.
